Returns Policy

Last Resort Surf Co. offer 30 days to return your goods from the date you receive them.

What you need to do

• Fill in the returns form we included in with your order and ensure you return it with your unwanted goods. Please ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags!
• If you need to fill in a customs form, please ensure this is clearly marked as 'returned goods', as Last Resort Surf Co. will not be responsible for paying any returns customs fees.
• Don't forget to keep hold of your proof of postage receipt!

What we will do

• Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will begin to process it straight away. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return.
• We will issue your refund and the funds will return to your account or gift card where the original payment came from. You will also get a refund confirmation email. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account.
